Sunderland v Swansea City : Matchday Thread 2022/23 GAME DAY UPDATES ! 05:52 - Jan 9 with 15509 viewsNotLoyal

Sunderland at the stadium of light is next up for Swansea City. It’s a tough trip, and not only for the team who hopefully will show a little more respect for the travelling supporters than they did at Bristol City last Sunday. You are not entitled !

Andy Melville played for both sides.

Yes deffo. Stroud will try and even it up though.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Red card. All we need now is three offside goals and revenge will be complete.

Still remember Naughton? Being sent off for not kicking the Sunderland player 😂

red for Clarke. Harsh? And surprising from Stroud.

How he took so long to produce it is the worry, horrible tackle, well done to the jjacks for getting involved.

Without a doubt, just need to be careful he doesn't try to even it up.

Haven’t liked Sunderland since they cheered Neil Taylor’s broken leg.

A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Feel like this is a pivotal time for Russell. If we don’t win this with such an early red you do have to start asking real questions.

Golden chance against 10 men, but we don't seem to have the quality in the final third to capitalise.

We do, but they've all been left at home.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Indeed.
There are more questions than answers
If I might comment so, this shows the nature of Martin to keep a young in form player at home after recalling him from a successful loan period.
Is it because he too is Difficult,a trouble maker or disruptive

Martin destroys players and this is a perfect ex@mole of all we should have contempt over .

Perhaps he has been told he needs to sell in order to buy or bring loan players in.
If Whittaker plays a game then he can’t be sold.

Not just quality but no idea either.
We should have done everything to get a goal after the red. That would mean Sunderland having to come out to play and leave us space. The longer it goes on, it could go anyway. One mistake which we are more than capable of making coukd let them in.
Needs good substitutions to see us getting the 3 points.

Don't let the facts get in the way of a rant. The reason he is at home is we are negotiating his sale, if he plays for us he will not be allowed to play for his new club.
