Leicester thread 18:39 - Apr 30 with 7135 views | kingslandstand1 | So what do we think? Haven't seen teams yet but they will hopefully be over confident so we'll nick a 2-1 defeat
Leicester thread on 20:53 - Apr 30 with 1243 views | ElijahK | Yes mate it’s about time that us fans do something about this! I mean fans have proven that they can do things (as shown by the ESL protests) we can also do it over VAR and modern football! Whether that’s by going into the stands when it’s used and we’re there or if we just don’t go anymore, SOMETHING MUST CHANGE! #GETLOSTVAR

Leicester thread on 20:38 - Apr 30 by Bison | At no point did Vardy touch the ball , Schmichael could of had a goal scoring chance. |
Yes, and after making contact with the ball, Vestergaard's boot went over Vardy's shin, did not make contact with it - if it had made contact Vardy would have a broken leg. As it was, it was fu ck all. As usual. the cheating prick Varyd made a massive meal of it, and the grinning cocky ref was completely taken in. Both commentators at half time agreeing it was not even a foul.

To his credit, Jamie Redknapp stating that these kind of decisions are ruining football.

Leicester thread on 20:50 - Apr 30 by grumpy | This Ref is very full of himself. |
He's only reffed 8 Premier League games and 3 of those have been Leicester victories. He must be their new favourite referee. Although, the real culprit was Moss on VAR. He never even bothered to look at it for more than a couple of seconds. He probably didn't even see the view that showed Vestergarrd cleared the ball then Vardy threw himself over him. It wasn't a follow through from Vestergaard as he was going from left to right kicking the ball; not towards Vardy. Vardy clattered into him. Leicester are the champions of cheating. The ref should have checked with VAR before sending a player off.

Yes, Vardy is very good at conning refs: VAR or no VAR. But, if Marriner had spent 30 seconds reviewing it like they usually do with red cards, he should have seen it wasn't a red card offence. We do seem a bit too honest and naive when we come up against cheats like Leicester though. Our players even protest calmly and politely, which is never going to work. As they went off, Schmeichel showed them how to properly get in the ref's ear. [Post edited 30 Apr 2021 21:04]

VAR is also supposed to there to overturn bad decisions like that. Marriner was not doing his job.

Karen Carney on radio 5 It is a sloppy touch from Vestegaard. Jamie Vardy is always going to pounce. Vestergaard is late and rash. It was nasty. He got a nick on the ball but it was a nasty tackle onto Vardy's ankle. He has been sent off and rightly so. Huh stupid cow? What game are you watching? WTF Vest supposed to do with his right leg after getting the ball?

Maybe, but Armstrong and yet again Redmond looking mostly ineffective tonight. And there's the equaliser, with Redmond failing to shut down the cross to Evans.
