Help Lord Bony’s family out on 14:07 - May 26 by pencoedjack | Trust board members. Any chance of seeing if the club/players can donate something towards this? Currently standing at £815 |
Absolutely NO. It's up to us to look after one of our own. They can spend their money to donate to saving sick children or whatever they do but we've got this. And sincere heartfelt respect to his son who is putting this together, because I fell apart when my own parents died.

With respect & I don’t want to tarnish a thread to someone I never met but still feels like I have lost a mate, but if the club or players want to donate something to his funeral costs I feel that’s none of your business. It’s obvious from his son starting the charity page it’s a difficult time for the family financially [Post edited 27 May 2020 10:10]

My initial reaction was to agree with Glyn but then I read your post, took a look and saw it's at £955 so now I'd say getting it up to what they need is more important than where the money comes from.

A funeral will cost quite a bit more than what's being asked. So keep donating people.
| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

I agree completely with you. Of course, it's none of mine or your business, but I don't think the Trust or the players should be put under any pressure about this from people who may not even be members. It's a matter for the Trust and not for anyone else, and if anyone wants to suggest this, then send them a private email rather than trying to shame them into doing this. Planet Swans having a noisy argument with fiercely held opposing views, we all wish he was here to join in. [Post edited 28 May 2020 1:43]

Help Lord Bony’s family out on 01:18 - Jun 2 with 2412 views | Glyn1 | It's currently at £1,190. There have been 75 donors so far. So if all of us 75 go back and each add another £5, the target will be reached. Apart from whoever donated £250, because he or she has already been incredibly generous. [Post edited 2 Jun 2020 1:19]
