There's no inspiration or cajoling from the touchline. Mike Marsh is supposed to be the bad cop ... But he also does fvck all on the touchline. P1ss poor 2nd half, but 3 welcome points. The overall feeling is one of relief. We’re still getting away with it though aren’t we? It’ll be interesting to see what team we put out against QPR on Sunday.
The Official Swansea City FC v Charlton Athletic FC Match Thread on 21:51 - Jan 2 with 2413 views | TheAlpineShrew | When Baston went off, why not scrap the Fulton sub and bring Kalulu on, pace at the end might have kept 2 centre halves back, and helped us from dropping so deep

Reliefyes, but mainly disappointment for me. Such a good start but panic set in as soon as they started to press us from kick off in the second half.

Cabango exposed for pace second half and another mystifying 90 mins from Grimes Tried to walk the ball in second half with Ayew and Roberts both guilty of that and whatever little Baston offers. At least we won against Charlton reserves so could have been worse. Hope VDH if fit for the derby.. we looked panic stricken at the back when he went off.

One thing is for sure, Celina and Grimes have gone backwards under Cooper. Also can anyone explain why Wayne gets to start ahead of Peterson or Kalulu. We lack any leadership in that midfield, and essentially panicked and froze against a team of Charlton youngsters in that last 20 minutes. This manager fills me with no cofidence whatsoever.

on that note, who will win the next league game? With us playing with blindfolds on tonight, and them up the road wanting to give something back to the fans after being thumped 6-1.

Did we really pay 15 million British pounds for Baston?

It's a shame because there's a player in Celina somewhere, on his day he's unplayable, just not often enough.

We will turn up there then wonder why we don't turn up in other games. Watching Cooper slumped in his seat while we were under the pump was very disconcerting to say the least.

On his day he's unplayable, that comment tiggled me. How many more games have to pass before fans realize he is useless. [Post edited 2 Jan 2020 22:14]

Just sent a text to a mate near enough for word for word. He doesn't need to scream and shout but at least show some enthusiasm and support especially in that last 10 mins
