Good on rubber face

Is rubber face an appropriate name for the manager?

Personally I wouldn’t feel comfortable calling him that to his face but each to their own.

Fair enough but I reckon the problem today is everybody’s tip toeing around trying not to offend anyone. Kills humour and debate.

I wonder if Mr Cooper would find it humorous?

He might be more upset with people not calling a heart a heart and talking behind his back. Context is everything.

Anyway we’re derailing this thread.

Every Manager of every team robbed by really bad decisions should complain and inundate them.
Perhaps they would eventually start to listen.

Correct. As long as they praise when they do a decent job, then there’s no problem. They should be accountable for their actions.

The problem is there is no unbiased adjudicator.

If anyone should be complaining, its the Brentford manager after Kyle Bartley's full length diving interception with his forearm against them for the Baggies on Saturday. The ref apologised for not seeing it, but he tripped over his white stick at the crucial moment, and the lino got tangled up in his guide dog's lead.

Sounds like excuses for losers to me.

The real response should be to work harder in the next match - and put things right on the pitch.

I don't want our manager to be a cry baby.

Then expect to get more & more very bad decisions that cost us games.

Typical FA. Ref messes up and they fine a manager for saying so.

Doubt if it works like that. We’re not a top six Prem team. They’ll more likely be vindictive. Players might see it differently. He’s taking one for the team.

Ferguson was the biggest cry baby ever.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Doesn't putting things right on the pitch include refs doing better and stopping the cheats? If you work very hard, play fair and then you are robbed by a cheat, how do you put that right with more hard work?

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Big difference between the ref making a mistake, and the ref cheating.
Players make mistakes a lot.

Are you saying that Cooper is of the opinion that a ref actually cheated us ?

He's talking about players cheating I think. I've only ever seen one referee blatantly cheat us against Stoke and that was the guy that is now gone. Dean came close at Ninian mind, although I came to the conclusion he's just an attention seeking heap of shit rather than a cheat.
