Will he get back in the team? McBurnie may have bagged 10+ goals by then, and if he has, then Bony would need to be doing extraordinary things in his substitute appearances to get a starting birth. |
Obviously he's not taking McBurnie's spot in that scenario but there will definitely be situations where we'll want him involved. Birmingham away springs to mind, a physical game with McBurnie having limited impact, bringing Bony on for the second half would have been a big help. | | | |

I have to say that if Bony can get any sort of fitness he'd be awesome with the likes of cellina,fer and montero running beyond him. The only question mark I have over Wilf is his desire to back to his level, he needs to put himself in the shop window for next season and in my opinion this is his last chance for a pay day, I couldn't even see any team taking him on a free if he blows in the championship.
It's all down to wilf to make it happen but injuries catch up with every player, especially those in their 40's ! |  | | |

ATM just Socks knowing that he can go off for a rest is good enough. If we can get wilf on for 20 minutes at the end of games would be a real boost. Olly in fairness has run himself into the ground for us. | |

I believe that if he had been fit over the summer and been sold/loaned out we would have seen another 4 or 5 players come in with the savings from his wages. | | | |
