to Newcastle. Am I the only one who sees no sense in this? Newcastle gain, they get an experienced Premiership International centre back. Fede gains he's playing the standard of football he wishes. Apart from saving Fede's wages, what are Swansea City getting out of this? I can't see anything. Why would we agree to this?

You'd think so, they probably offered a loan where we said no thanks you give us 6M instead, but they went and spent 3M for someone else, just hope that Russian team don't get him, he'd be a big boost for us if he stayed. | |

Well I don’t think he should go on loan anywhere. Clubs will work out how poor he actually is on the ball, poor positioning,lack of pace then we will end with another one running his contract down on inflated wages. Fernandez, VDH and Amat are a superb CB line up for the championship. And I doubt McKenna is meant to be as a 4th choice.
