If you were told that was going to happen while he was playing for us down the vetch you would have thought you were dreaming.

Like the vast majority of professionals, he took a more prestigious, better-paid job when it was offered.

Those that peddle the manipulator narrative are just angry at themselves for falling head over heels for his platitudes. Like scorned ex-lovers.
