I know for a fact he was big butties with Michu and reading between the lines and it seems true that Monk that the Spanish contingent and him didn't see eye to eye there's more to it, but the chap I know wouldn't/couldn't tell me, which is fair enough, strange though seeing as Pablo is now at Leeds it could be that he wasn't part of the cliché I don't know.

If he demands to be paid what he is worth then it'll be a no from us and we'll sign persevere with someone we currently have who is criminally less talented (Taylor), just like we did when Allen was available (Cork) or Rodgers (First Class Frankie). At the time Taylor was better than Davies, and Taylor pre-injury was a lot better than Taylor now.
But the added run of games that Davies got under his belt at such a young age helped his development massively. He showed maturity beyond his years in those early days and it's no surprise the bigger clubs took notice.
No question who is the better of the two now. If we can get him on loan we should absolutely do it.
If Taylor kicks up a fuss - great, Crystal Palace can have him. | |
