Was going to go to the superb Bouchon de Rossi on Saturday, but they're shut until 28th July so would like recommendations for somewhere else, not a pub really, special occasion so cost is not a priority. |

Should sing his name. YJB, owe him and the staff hugely |

Is he really out of our reach? We're not the club we used to be so with the kind of deals & wages going on could we be in the market for him? We wouldn't want to compete with the top teams & pay astronomical prices but he's no spring chicken. |

That is a very good point, maybe some tax must be paid throughout your life out of benefits if you are not working, to pay towards the future care needs. If you work at any period then this would build up a tax credit towards this? |

Thought id chip in my pennies worth. Where has this rumour of a vat increase come from, source? The case of people getting child benefit while living in Barbados, well, if you take the Barbados 'glamour-thought' out of it, if youve worked all your life and contributed to the tax & NI system then why shouldn't you get the pay back from the state? For example, my gran is 100 years old, she worked on a farm until she was 40 then worked in the co-op until she was 65. Now she lives in an old peoples complex in her own little house and has to pay full rent. Her friend, 'Betty' lives in the same complex but has never worked, Betty doesn't have to pay for the rent, its paid by the state. |

what, that "loan" from Cardiff Council that was waived to stop the cricket club from going under, lets apply, if its ok for a business that mismanage their resources then surely it should be easier for a well run club, then wright it off, lets do it eh! |

Agreed, poorest set of away fans this season. Best so far Palace. |

I don't care if the owner was a stamp collector as you say. Apart from THAT Hull game i remember the one before where there was trouble at the Garibaldi and during the game things like umbrellas being thrown like javelins towards the away fans...... those were the days! |

A couple of seasons ago he beat us at the Lib on his own. Scored against us again this season. I'd be more than happy to have him here for £7-8m. Leftfield? Really? |

Well said. Bryan Flynn was monumental in turning us around and he doesnt get the credit he deserves, signed Leon as well as Trunds. He departed company because he wouldn't move closer to Swansea if i remember rightly. |
| Forum Reply | Saturdays accident. at 01:13 13 Jan 2015
I was queueing to get into to stadium at the North East entrance and saw the 'elderly' gentleman being wheeled on a stretcher through the away fans and through the gates on our side of the stadium into the triage center by the paramedics & police. I couldnt make out what had happened at the time but now it makes sense. He had a very nasty gash in the middle of his forehead. Hope he is recovering as well as can be expected. Large vehicles and a high concentration pedestrians dont go together, i dont think much blame can be placed on the driver and i hope he/she doesnt get in trouble with his employers and used as a scapegoat for poor traffic management. |
