If you want to rip les to shreds then talk about the plan for warburton and how QPR as a club haven’t grown in managerial appointments.
Your lazy point on transfers is that he’s made some poor decisions?
Liverpool signed Keita, chamberlain and tsmikas to name a few under klopp (no doubt countless other names we’ve never heard of)
Chelsea signed bakayoko, Lukaku and morata for millions and they all flopped
Man utd signed everyone and anyone and no one worked out
Everyone makes bad signings.
Under les we’ve also sold… freeman, smithies, BOS, furlong, manning and De Wijs….
We have literally made money on transfer fees for the first time since the 90s… so it’s not just eze.
Look at all of those players mentioned above, and QPR fans are loyal as possible, but We’ll say they all should of been sold for more money. Smithies & freeman have bombed since. Manning has just about got into swanseas team and BOS is playing RB because fenerbache signed a winger they couldn’t trust.
But they were sold for more money than the free transfer they were signed for. But it’s easy to point out poor transfers despite what’s happened since
How people can laugh and scoff about what we’ve doing now and criticise when we’ve had a period of time in the prem and signed players who have openly laughed about there time at the club is dumbfounding
If Les Ferdinand is a problem then tell me what was right before?
Since the Netflix documentary on Sunderland has been released, i’ve seen so many comments about Williams’ supposed ‘mental health’.
Quite frankly find it embarrassing that people are calling him out for having supposed ‘issues’ for merely being willing to speak about some of the stuff he was going through.
And I’m not saying we should sign the bloke, because I agree on his injury record and you can’t guarentee 30+ games from him. However to reference mental health issues because of a few clips on a documentary where he was willing to open up on some subjects most people won’t, let alone footballers, is ridiculous!
Just because he spoke about it does not mean he’s ‘damaged goods’ and it’s no wonder why people who are in a far worse place than he was, don’t speak out and instead suffer.
Huddersfield like him, It makes sense for him to stay the full season as he's clearly benefiting from the loan spell and improving game by game by the sounds of things. I didnt think YSY injury was that bad was it? if not he should be back soon so even if we could bring robinson back I dont see the point when we could potentially damage his confidence and improvement throwing him in at the last minute, for 2 maybe 3 matches, with players hes never even trained with yet let alone played alongside in a competitive match!
Can easily see taarabt having a sudden change of attitude during november, meaning he is fully fit for a busy winter schedule in december, putting in some top class performances and then jumping ship at the first given oppurtunity in january after proving to ac milan or whoever that he is fully fit and raring to go!
Been injured since the world cup so i was told today by someone who works with the u21's, trained with them for the first time Thursday, poor communication from the club on that one.
Tom hitchcock has scored a few goals for rotherham but hasn't actually been playing much, went a long run of games just sitting on the bench and has only started about 3 matches. All his goals today came from off the bench.
By that i mean derry could spread a pass a bit find a man in a good position, henry simply roles it off to barton or a centre back so thats why he didnt misplace barely any probably
Seriously though, its been a couple of games now and I am yet to see any justification on why he was signed.
Henry is the most negative footballer iv ever seen, people say hes here to do what Derry done for us, but its a poor replacement at least Derry could pass the football about a little bit, also think derry is quicker than henry to be honest!
I don't mean to condem him, what i meant was until its all over and done with i would rather he not be playing for us
Firstly he probably will not be in right frame of mind, and hes said himself if hes not in the right mental state hes no good on the pitch, but also id hate us to of been playing someone who is found guilty if it all takes a turn for the worse
This is the same Loic Remy who's on a rape charge?
Sorry but I do find it quite hypocritical of us as fans to be desperate for him to play but the second names such as Marlon king and Titus bramble get mentioned all hell breaks loose!
I personally don't want him anywhere near the club until the whole thing has been dealt with.
I remember warnock bringing on, maybe one even started l, away at Barnsley a few years back last game of season one was parker the other i think was lee brown.
Honestly don't understand the criticism about him, yes he made an idiotic tweet which lets be honest was more than likely not him (no one is that stupid).
My point being is, he has played very good in a number of games this season, and yes very very poor in a lot of games too. however the games he has played poor in you have too look at why. my point being is he is a holding midfielder, who's job primarily is too win the ball back and release it quickly to the so called "play maker" in the midfield, so he has fell short often, because he has kept losing possession. I believe this to be because he's trying to be that play maker, because he's either been instructed to do that (and as we know he's simply not that type of player) or he cant find that player in our midfield and as we all know, we haven't had that type of player all year, meaning he hasn't found a player to release to early enough so has tried to play that killer pass which he has not got in his locker because he's been forced into that situation.
This is just my point of view on the player, the reason i say it now is cause iv seen a lot of stick in recent weeks so thought I'd try stick up for him for once, because i know people say he signed for money which yes he may have, but i do believe he's made an effort (more than can be said about nearly 99% of our players) which shows with what he's tried doing with fans by handing out shirts etc.
I'm also making this point because I think he's going to be a good player next season and i cant see why people would think otherwise to be honest. However, like iv said its just my opinion.
Thanks very much, I vividly remember that goal, there was a song being sang (cant remember exact song), but the ball dropped and nygaard hit it there was then a literal silence for about 5 seconds i think everyone was thinking did nygaard really just do that! and then the crowd erupted!!!
that is one of my favourite ever away days! oh the joy if we could maybe have one like it from the remaining fixtures this year!
Having seen the name Marc Nygaard mentioned I instantly thought of the belter he scored away to Leicester when we won 3-1, tried to find a clip to no avail would love to see it again if anyone has it?
