Your last comment is an interesting one. If people did complain about the salt mashes disappearing when the docks were built, they had a point. Today salt marshes are recognised as vital for bird life, as much needed carbon sinks, plus protection against flooding and coastal erosion. These issues would not have been well understood 200 years ago, but they are today.
A sixth-place finish requires an average of 74 points. That leaves us needing 2+ points per game, which is too big an ask when considering next month's fixtures.
I was at the game and cannot let you get away with that. Whereas it was not perfect - is any game - we were the better side throughout and particularly in the second half when we took Derby apart. There 99.9% of Rs fans would say something very similar. I genuinely do not understand what game you were watching.
