As we've secured another year in the premier league and all it's riches can we now just chill for at least a couple of weeks and celebrate our amazing club! As fans we have many different views on the ins and outs to best take our club forward next year but for now lets give Monk, Board and players a massive we'll done and let them hear our loud and proud support!! |

On pure ability they'd be on the bench but agree something is wrong so time is for those players that give 100% v disruptive squad members. Brilliant result today should allow us to plan early and without Europa get more quality v quantity. |
| Forum Reply | How about... We get behind Gary Monk? at 18:07 19 Apr 2014
Agree. Time to celebrate a brilliant result that should keep us up, and Monk as a true JB has done the job he was asked to do. But he's not going to take us forward - bring in a top coach and leave monk learn his trade and maybe lead us again in the future as the right choice not an interim. |

CDf and Fulham recent results pushed me to 5. If we get zero on sat and scum get result v stoke Im up to 6. First time I've completed the mustard predictor and only have us staying up on goal difference, albeit with pessimistic point against villa. |

Yes great 10 man effort and support was terrific today. Amat did we'll and deserves to start next four matches. |
| Forum Reply | Will the 'injustice' bond the team at 20:38 13 Apr 2014
Like I said Chico deserved the red but the perceived 'injustice' got our fans going today. Top managers use small things to motivate / bond a team. Our confidence is fragile with obvious discipline issues and growing rumours of factions in the squad. Will Monk be able to use anything from today to get the squad up for next four games versus the lack of motivation against Hull Palace and West Brom? |
| Forum Reply | Vorms positioning, so odd. at 18:18 13 Apr 2014
He seems to have lost confidence since injury and can't remember last time he had a decent game / made saves to win points. We need a more serious challenger from bench but I don't see vorm getting back to the form he had in the first season when he was worth 8-10 points. |
| Forum Thread | Will the 'injustice' bond the team at 18:13 13 Apr 2014
I know Chico deserved the card but with four winnable games to focus on will monk use the red as the reason for defeat and bond the team ? |

whoever signed off our January transfer activity was either on a 'fifa manager high' or just arrogant to think signing Ngog, emnes and lita back from loan would improve our premier league survival chances. Hull and palace signed decent players to help them survive easily - at some stage - hopefully when we're safe - someone will stick their hand up and take responsibility |
| Forum Thread | Managers for survival at 23:22 12 Apr 2014
How important do you think managerial experience is for prem survival? Hull WHU and palace have each at some stage gone from being ' down' to safety with managers that aren't easy on the eye but have solid experience. I think we'll be ok as there are some v poor teams this year, but do you think we'd be safe now and had we appointed a survival specialist in jan? |
| Forum Thread | One good performance ... but soon please at 17:41 12 Apr 2014
I expect Sunderland be down by the time we visit, so wIth Soton and Newcastle taking our 'on the beach' approach of last season and Villa out of sorts not going to panic too much if we lose tomorrow. Love to nick something against chelski but if not the boys can surely get up for just one win from next four winnable games. |

'Don't hit me in the face' cry when Bony shoots :) Good to see Chico 80s boy band look not catching on. |

Rajkovic and Hadziabdic would be decent signing now :) Remember ante took one for the team sent off v cardiff in welsh cup final. What about the keeper of that era, gummy Dai Davies ? |
| Forum Reply | Chelsea at 21:53 8 Apr 2014
Yup they may well be distracted now plus a few tired legs / injuries to cope with. Fancy us to get something - had they lost would've been tougher. |

We'd all sleep a little easier with another 3 pts but if Norwich lose or draw with Fulham on sat, they have liverpool, utd, chelsea and arsenal as last four games. I wouldn't dress up as a canary just yet :) |

Lowest number of points ever in prem to stay up - with bottom four in shit form do you think it'll be beaten this year? If so with our goal difference we're already safe ! |
| Forum Reply | Spurs Sunderland at 21:48 7 Apr 2014
this'll knock their confidence with Everton, City and Chelsea should be a nice gap opening up. Ki been pretty average. |
| Forum Reply | Spurs Sunderland at 21:32 7 Apr 2014
Spurs should've finished them off. What about Poyet with Monk no 2 ? |
