myself and a couple of mates stayed in Roker back in 2014 when we won 1-3.
Roker was surprisingly nice. right by the sea and with plenty of good bars and pubs.
The "top end of town" was a bit dodgy after the game mind.
i know i'll be going back to Roker next season and it'll hopefully be a saturday game.
the Mackems absolutely hate Steven Taylor for some reason tho?

I somehow won signed and framed artwork by a band call Death in Vegas, the artwork is from their album "scorpio rising". I don't know how I won it as I don't like the band.
I've still got it tho and If anyone would like it, then let me know. |

As a former pupil at Maridunum it saddened me to hear of Mr phillips’s passing. A hard man who allowed myself and a couple of mates to build skateboard decks in the woodwork room during dinner breaks one year. |

a mate of mine apparently placed a bet at the start of the season for Liverpool, Leeds + Lincoln to win their respective leagues. he reckons he'll pick up about £5500 if it comes in. |

Just to add to this - Geoff Tate is playing at the Muni Theatre in Pontypridd this November. I went to see him at the same venue a few months ago and he and his new band played all of Operation Mindcrime as well as a few other Queensryche songs.
a really good night out and it was only £20 |

Not sure if the white lion in ferryside still has BT but the kings arms in Llansaint (best pub in the area and about 2 miles from ferryside) will be probably be showing the game. If not, just ask Calvin the landlord to put the game on 1 of The tellys for you. |

The felix bar which is just behind the crocodile bar shows all games. Cracking kebab in the shop by the felix too.
