Certainly not ! In all honesty one of the worst players I've ever seen in a saints shirt ,more often not he would make game changing mistakes , he was only at the club for so long because no one else would touch him with a barge pole. Yes he gave heart yes he's done things for charity blah blah blah (keeps his profile high ,keeps him earning a wage from sky sports etc ) but he was a terrible terrible player,at best now hed be league 1, probably more likely league 2. |

So whys the atmosphere been better last couple of games? Exactly as we both said because a certain type wasn't there, so whats the problem buggamug I rarely post here but when I do you always pipe up with a snidey comment. Irritating troll |
| Forum Reply | Saints Fans Were Magnificent ! at 11:33 6 Dec 2019
Where did I say that? Do you just like looking for something to be insulted by so you can pick a fight on the Internet? When saints got back to the Premier league invariably certain type of fan jumped on the bandwagon, last couple of games they seemed less so. |
| Forum Reply | Saints Fans Were Magnificent ! at 11:30 6 Dec 2019
It was more like a st Mary's league 1/championship crowd who stuck behind the team. Ings said after the Watford game that it's the best atmosphere he's experienced at St Mary's As you say that was helped by certain type of fan not being there - it was more like a st Mary's league 1,championship crowd that stuck with the team. |

How much of the atmosphere was down to the fair ticket pricing for the Watford and Norwich games. I paid £20 for both tickets in their 'black Friday' deal. I think after so long focusing on making st Mary's family, female, vegan, non binary friendly perhaps the club is realising that the raucous support comes from having a hardcore base of working class LADS. We were the ones who got behind the club from league 1 and made st Mary's a fortress, not the bandwagon that jumped on board in the prem. Hopefully from now on the club will price games reasonably more often and get more character back into the ground. |

Boufal changed the game so wouldn't he be a bright spark? As mentioned ings , djenepro also Valery when he came on gave the impetus to push on. Shane longs running caused them problems and at the end to a man saints defended our goal with their lives |
| Forum Reply | SFC board qualifications at 11:36 14 Nov 2019
Yes but as nick says - we had some good men at the club, footballing men - Reed +kruger But we hounded them out The current board is the fans fault and negative activity on social media lol Also we need to shut up otherwise gao will play even less of an active role |

Is nick going senile? Serious question Or has he just painted himself into such a corner all he has left is to write these deluded superiority articles trying to deflect blame onto the fans wherever he can. He posts them up then seems to disapear and avoid debating the comments You reap what you sow nick |

Contrast and Compare nicks attitude to cortese deal with VEHO to his absolute silence and brushing under the carpet of LD Sports. |

Nicks a financial advisor wizard so he understands the costs of football transfers better than us pondlife. Major questions that need to be highlighted in public let alone answered - 1-who and what are LD Sports - to all intents and purpose they are not a functioning operation. Advertised on the front of a premier league shirt yet what exactly is being advertised? 2-liebherrs and goas sidestepping of the Premier leagues fit and proper person test. There should be pressure on the Premier league to divulge the reasons why he was first refused then allowed once it was appealed. 3-gaos intentions for the club Plus other points such as what's happening with director of football etc, 2key roles in Reed and Wilson have so far gone and not been replaced (a wet rag could do a better job than both but that's beside the point) If this site had some purpose then perhaps that would help but nicks spent the last few years trying to brainwash everyone and blame the fans for everything the club has done wrong. Shameful |

Nick If you're willing to accept that LD sports could be a scheme to sidestep financial fair play and bring money into the club then at the same time it must be agreed that it could also be a vehicle used to divert funds not for the benefit of the club but that suits the owner. Now- I am no financial expert I have no knowledge of Chinese finance other than the scraps of information I've read of the restrictions living under a communist regime. I gather it is difficult getting money out of the country - the cynic in me then puts 2+2 together for finding the motive for gao being here & for the design Of LD sports - either way the answer will either add up to 4or 5 It seems its likely to be one way or another but if you're willing to accept the theory it's a method to beat ffp surely you have to accept the other side of the coin as well. Until gao speaks or does his talking through actions how can anyone show him any faith. He's stated we're a pig that mustn't be fattened - not sure how that's going to solve the centre back issue that is crippling the club and has done for the past few years. |

LOL so no one understands brexit or saints boardroom... Apart from nick lmao Nick will the UK have left the eu by Jan 31st or will another extension been added by then? Perhaps you could enlighten us all on the mystery that is LD sports? You mocked cortese for the contract with 'chilworths biggest' VEHO yet no mention that we're now advertising a company that,,, well what do they do? They don't have an operational website, can't make any purchases online. I'm sure if this had been the case with a cortese associate your powers of investigative journalism would be at full throttle! |

The illiberal undemocrats are so set on a vote 3days earlier because they're reliant on the student vote and most students will still be at uni then, on the 12th a lot of them will have gone home. |
| Forum Reply | Everton season ticket prices at 21:39 28 Jan 2019
Massive difference in price across the board but especially to their 2brackets of 'young adults' who are effectively paying half the price of same age youngsters at St Mary's. All you have to do is look around St Mary's and see the crowd is msde up of mostly middle aged people to see the proof. |

Ironic how nik calls for unity yet slates saints fans in every single article he writes. It is not the fault of fans that players signed for big fees on massive wages have failed. Reed has been held to account and managers have been replaced - the club has admitted its mistakes and fair play they've pulled a blinder getting RH. They've held their hands up and acted-yet nick still manages to pin it on the fans! The editor of this website is the biggest troll here. He seems demented. |

Waits for nick to arrive telling us all how it's the fans fault elyanusi is such gash How on earth was such a fee squandered on this dull as dishwater player |

Ings and Austins interview after the game they said they've been working on crosses all week - finally we went into a match with a positive plan! It's amazing that from just 1weeks worth of training we've made more progress than the last 3years!! For each goal whoever made the cross knew what to do and ings or Austin knew the cross was coming - back to basics so simple! |
| Forum Reply | Why So Many Tickets Left Unsold In The Northam End ! at 06:57 15 Dec 2018
Quite clearly nik its you who DOESN'T GET IT £40 - £50 just to get to the game to sit In a sanitised ground with no atmosphere because all the rowdy lads have been pushed out by the club. Regardless of Xmas round the corner or not I'll give it a miss thanks. You harp on about creating something special - what atmosphere are you providing sat in the prawn sarnie stand? Are you inspiring those sat around you or do you sit there sneering at them like you do on here! You bang on about the old days, what were the ticket prices then? What were prices of houses? Why do you think st Mary's is full of over middle aged sourfaces like yourself? What's the main demographic of St Mary's nik - look around - 50plus to oap You say Newcastle, Liverpool are fans you wish saints had - we live in one of the most expensive, parts of the country Nik - whats the house /rental prices in Liverpool /Newcastle compared to Southampton?? Its alright for you as I imagine you're sat on a load of equity from a house you bought when it was affordable. The new breed of sotonian can't afford it & on top of that the club has done nothing to make them feel welcome. Why do you think all of a sudden they're taking a leaf out of the Leicester chairman's book and giving out free drinks. - YOU DON'T GET IT |
