I’m sure that some of you are aware of ChatGPT AI…here’s something I whipped up.
Verse 1: There's a man in Swansea who's got a big job to do, Making substitutions and trying to see it through. But every time he tries, oh man, it's such a shame, Russell Martin's got a knack for throwing away the game.
Chorus: Russell Martin, he's the man with a plan, But when it comes to substitutions, he's got a different plan. Making changes that just don't make sense, And throwing away wins for Swansea in the football defense.
Verse 2: He brings on players that just don't fit the bill, And the team falls apart, it's just so hard to watch and still. They're losing games they should have won with ease, All because of Russell Martin's poor subs and his poor knees.
Chorus: Russell Martin, he's the man with a plan, But when it comes to substitutions, he's got a different plan. Making changes that just don't make sense, And throwing away wins for Swansea in the football defense.
Bridge: But we'll keep cheering for Swansea, through the highs and lows, And we'll hope that Russell Martin finds a way to grow. Until then, we'll sing this song and hope for the best, And pray that he makes the right subs and puts this game to rest.
Chorus: Russell Martin, he's the man with a plan, But when it comes to substitutions, he's got a different plan. Making changes that just don't make sense, And throwing away wins for Swansea in the football defense.
Outro: So here's to Russell Martin, and all his substitution woes, May he one day learn to make the right moves, who knows? Until then, we'll sing this song and hope for the best, And pray that he makes the right subs and puts this game to rest.
I've managed to avoid it somehow until the ripe old age of 35, but I've been called up to do jury service in January next year. I've looked at some of the instructions that they send through, but I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or tips (or generally interesting stories!)? *looks over to Sirjohn*
How smart do you need to dress these days? I always assumed it would be formal, however I'm not sure if that is the case these days? I.e. would jeans be acceptable, for example? (Not that I would wear them to court, just curious).
From watching the games earlier and watching MOTD now...elbow bumps, fists bumps instead of handshakes...and then massive huddles, group hugs when a goal is scored, people putting their arms around opposing players when a foul happens, plenty of scuffles...bit daft innit?
In all seriousness...this weekend could potentially be a nightmare. On my normal morning run this morning, where I normally pass 0-2 people at a maximum, I must have passed at least 20-25. I really hope that this won’t be a trend across the country, but fear it will be. I acknowledge that I was one of the people out adding to the numbers, but I’m comparing it to what it is normally like on a daily basis.
Maybe a temporary lockdown Friday-Monday would have helped?
