The return we're likely to get on each player that Martin has signed (bar Obafemi) will have gone up enormously... whilst Cooper left us in a worse situation through loan signings. Downes, signed for £1.5 million, must be around the £8 million mark now. |

Yep… not top 2 but easily top 6. Potter had a better squad but by far a harder job of picking a team up from relegation… reintroducing the Swansea style of play… and dealing with huge turnover in players. His success would have been seen in his 2nd season. |

Any tools he had to work with? Last season we had: - Woodman - Guehi - Cabango - Roberts - Grimes - Hourihane - Ayew - Lowe All top players… it’s hardly as if he was working with terrible players. We had one of the best squads in the league and he coached any flair and creativity out of them. The season before he had an even better squad and he still failed. |

I thought Cabango was good… Bennett poor, Latibeaudiere awful |

I have a feeling he’ll stay now… unless Brighton do come. He played his best football under Potter… I think he was fed up with Cooperball… maybe he’s keen to play some proper football under Martin. |

Weird one that… had a great 2nd half of season for U23’s with many calling for him to be included in the first team squad. |

Any streams for today’s game? I’m not willing to spunk another £10. |

I’m trying to decide what is more shambolic! 1. Bob Bradley’s reign as Swansea City manager or 2. The incumbent UK Government. |

It doesn’t look likely that German Football is going to finish either now... they relaxed lockdown and they’re heading towards a second wave, so they’re making a decision soon about increasing lockdown again - thus ending hopes of football |

The tax payer should in no way being made to for the staff of Premier League and Championship clubs (especially premier league)... it’s just immoral that they’re paying players £10,000 a week and up who aren’t doing anything and the generals public are being asked to pay their staff on £500 a week. |
