Bought something 'renewed' and it didn't work, they tell you to contact the seller before contacting Amazon if there is an issue, which I did. The guy replied saying Oh that's unfortunate, i'm in America, sorry I can't arrange a replacement to be sent to you; speak to Amazon for a refund. But he can arrange for an item to be sent to me originally?
