| News Comment | This Week — Why missing out on Walters could actually be a blessing at 00:08:35
Clive, thanks for supporting Non League Day. I actually came up with the idea after watching QPR's friendly at Tavistock a month ago. Harrow Borough have always been my non-league team of choice so it's a shame that they're not playing at home on the day but it's good to see they are still trying to get involved. Just for reference we launched a dedicated website today so anybody reading this, please circulate it: www.nonleagueday.co.uk It includes a map showing where games are taking place that day. If you live in west London these three spring to mind (although there are others): Hayes & Yeading v Histon (Blue Square Premier) Hendon v Carshalton @Wembley FC (Ryman Premier) Wealdstone v Bury Town in Ruislip (Ryman Premier) I think the latter two are both offering reduced admission for QPR season ticket holders but check their websites for details. Cheers! |
