Next challenge for Pearlman , Rob Stewart council leader and our committed owners will be to repair our sorry looking stadium. Could be a Coventry /Bolton sized problem if left any longer |

Greed is a fat demon with a small mouth and whatever you feed it is never enough. Kaplan Levein out! Any conscience, empathy or humanity in the twenty faceless 'investors' behind these shallow owners? |

Get him signed up. A whole load of personnel being moved on for significant money. Significant funding provided by parachute millions. We need more than rumours and links to under 20 players. But lets hope the new scouting team can deliver and yhe owners reinvest where needed |

Many Welsh Labour AMs stood by him. Is he chairman or member of the Capital Cardiff region city board? |

Too late again. Snail's pace transfer activity with Kaplan, Pearlman, Jenkins firmly under spotlight. Boro, Stoke, Forest all prepared to pay 5 to 12 million on a player. Many clubs strengthening already.Time to back the manager with serious funds. While they're at it they can give the outside of Liberty stadium a deep pressure wash clean. |

Perhaps we should be grateful we had an extra carriage on the Mumbles land train in June 2016. |

Agree, Landore station needs to get investment and re-open. Agree, where have our AM's been for the last ten years? Unfortunately, some of these AM,s look fine in following up local 'community council' type issues but they look out of their depth in their efforts to secure major investment in infrastructure and city regeneration. |

When Hull won wasn't Cardiff's Messr Talfan-Davies a judge? Time to ask questions on the abandon of Swansea economy though? Question time in town? |
| Forum Reply | Cheerio Clement at 17:10 30 Sep 2017
Clement wasn't backed by the board when it mattered. He's three players short. Letting Kingsley go intimated Arias was due in. Oh surprise surprise Llorente shipped out. No Chadli either. Where is the ambition? It,s a farce . And it,s not down to Clement. But the big problem is the American owners and EX directors whose greed and spin has caught up with them. |

Great ideas, but much like the city centre plans about 15 years too late. Feel a bit sorry for Rob Stewart the head of council. Between the council's regeneration chiefs and over fussy and negative council officers the centre looks a sorry state. People have clearly not delivered in terms of regeneration and it all looks rather inept. Throw in the Assembly planning and power brokers and you see what a pantomime its been. Unfortunately it,s people's livelihoods at stake. Too many businesses leaving the city. And the latest forecast states 2020 for the arena. Retail not on hold but phased. Scandalous really...doesn,t look as if the retail and leisure regeneration will be done until way into next decade. |

So 24 players linked and four signed. Many more being sold or loaned. Not impressed with the squad strengthening again. |

We need 5 players. The owners are conning us big time. Where have the tens of millions of pounds gone? Scandalous when you think about it. From the likes of Grimes to Cork to Bastion to siggy to Amat and Barrow. Major savings on wages. And mega money received all considered. They've left us lighter than threadbare. And as for the corner shop changes to match day experience...what a joke. Stadium expansion looks as much in the long grass as squad strengthening. These owners have a lot to do over the next 7 days |

Routledge played a major part in our success story in the premiership. Unfortunately his consistency has faltered over last 18 months. ( Difficult undercurrent at the club granted ) . Good luck to him if he leaves. Gylfi going to Everton will surely see 'statement' signings throughout side. Gylfi saga aside I think Paul Clement would have wanted to trim squad and get better competition in certain positions. The wide position needs strengthening. |
| Forum Reply | Siggy replacement(s) at 23:43 14 Jul 2017
Arnautovic of Stoke? It'll need a few signings.Siggy or no Siggy Swansea City have the financial muscle to strengthen. People should question what of the Man city Bony transfer.Where did that money go? Williams, Andre Ayew, Gomis undisclosed, Shelvy oh....and the small matter of the sky bumper bonus landing in the club's bank balance. Time to strengthen not sell! |

Have I missed something but Swansea Bay now generally referred to as Swansea,Neath & Aberavon whilst Cardiff Bay is Cardiff centre and Cardiff waterfront /Senydd/Film studios? Funding for major regeneration projects not really reaching 'Swansea Bay' or Swansea anyway. Perhaps one for Carwyn? |
