Proud of us. After conceding such a sloppy early goal, City would have expected to run riot. Instead we've bossed most of the game, though obviously they have zillions of pounds of cutting edge.
They'll come at us like ten bears after the break to try and get an early second. I hope we're up for it from the start. Of course we should be level but it's just not happening for us just now. We've been a second half team all season, but that first half was so good, I'm not sure we can do it again. Holding them to 75 minutes is essential. |  |

He's doing such a good job putting them on the back foot that they're a little scared to start committing men forward themselves.

It was a 1-0 loss at the Etihad that kick started our season last year. Another half like that and even if we don't get a result, it will still be hugely encouraging stuff going into two big games.
Really enjoy watching Shelvey play when we're countering. He carries the ball forward very, very well. Fear that City will sort out the obvious imbalance in the middle, though. |  | | |
