Good to hear - I'm sure you're right. It just strikes me that Everton are in that 'zone' where they might look at Marti or hopefully Rohl - both exceptional head coaches IMHO. We won't keep our secret for long...
Dyches sacked on 18:27 - Jan 9 with 2733 views | aston_hoop | Big return for Moyes surely. Will probably keep them up too Everton's new owners are advised by Retexo, much like we were until we hired one of them!

He's no secret. I'm sure his manager/agent fields inquiries all the time. But, I'm also pretty sure, he's no Michael "Mick" Beale. I'm guessing he'll want to improve his resumé with us in the next three years. That would ideally mean promotion, or playoffs, if he wants to take a serious step up in his career. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Our old friend Ashley Young playing against his son, Tyler tonight. He was on our books for a while, according to a mate’s son he went to school with. [Post edited 9 Jan 19:19]

I doubt Everton are looking at the Championship table and being inexplicably drawn to the team in 13th place. Very rare for Champ managers to be poached by PL clubs.

Indeed. I love how much we love our manager but we are not at risk of him being poached by a Premier league or upper Champ club - not yet anyway

Another way of looking at this, any PL/upper champ clubs who ARE looking for a manager (except everton) now have another strong candidate, with bigger reputation than Marti, on their list.
Dyches sacked on 04:25 - Jan 10 with 1611 views | strikerace | I thought Moyes said he didn't want to be in a relegation situation? Thats why he wasn't interested in Southampton
Dyches sacked on 09:12 - Jan 10 with 1328 views | LongRanger | Given the bottom 3, Moyes surely won’t have to work too hard to keep them up. My guess is that Dyche will be in charge of Watford in the coming weeks, played there and Cleverley must be on the ropes given their history

A Premier League team who have sacked their manager because they are desperate not to be relegated to the Championship are not going to appoint a Championship manager.

Tyler didn't get on, was an unused sub, not sure it would have ever happened before a dad playing against his son in a pro game.
Dyches sacked on 03:45 - Jan 11 with 520 views | numptydumpty | Tbf although no chance Cifuentes was ever going to be picked up by Everton, I personally would prefer Cifuentes over Moyes if i was an Everton fan. Moyes has been a decent Premiership manager, but he is yesterday's man.
