I’m a realist, as much as anyone can be in the unpredictable game of forecasting football results but I’m not seeing past 1 point v Luton.

Swans have to win the next two home games or face a revolt on 11:05 - Dec 23 with 1165 views | swancity | But of a silly title unless it’s tongue in cheek We are doing ok. Mid table is a decent return. Of course losing to Hull was disappointing but par for us this season based on budget and where we stand as a club is around 13-16th. These are two tough games as all are in this league.

Yes, as far as current league position and points haul are concerned. BUT, we can all see that we are not doing very well on the pitch and we are only a few bad games away from being in trouble again. To an outsider, we look comfortable but as supporters we see everything, warts and all.

Or only a couple of good games from challenging for the top six. Any team that can string a couple of wins together shoots up the table, look at Blackburn and QPR.

I wouldn't rule it out as much as we end up greeting 6 points.......sums up our unpredictability. Way I see it if we get 3 points from these 2 games then it works out 1.5 points per game and over a 46 game season equals 69 points. I would hope for a win boxing day, this puts us at 30 points at the half way stage.

Indeed, but our current form would suggest we are more likely to go one way than the other. But yes, things can change and we all hope they do.

Swans have to win the next two home games or face a revolt on 11:28 - Dec 23 with 1048 views | heatwave | We can't take a point from any of the top teams. Fact. I don't see us winning either of these next two games which will be a real cause for concern if that happens. Qpr are doing ok recently and Luton are poor away but we all seen what happened to Hull being poor and not winning in13. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.

Two more performances like we have seen recently and I guarantee that headline. It’s hardly silly when you gauge the elements on all social media. Thousands of Swans fans can’t be wrong if not that clever in their musings. Also, by stating revolt, we are talking in the dressing room as well.

Our form in the last 10 games=12th 6 games=11th Our last 6 games away=5th 6 home games=21st. Think it's clear where our issues are presently....our home form.

The murmerungs are based on entitlement, over expectancy and with quite a few the link that Williams had with Martin.

Indeed, which is part of the reason I’m concerned about QPR and Luton. But I’m also concerned of the effort put in in the last two games. It’s concerning because we all know they can do better but Hull in particular looked like a ‘tools down’ performance.

Yes many are young, and in the main have only watched the Swans thru the better times until now. But these folk also travel away most games.

Not a good performance for sure. I think Hull have a decent squad and the league table wasn't reflecting on it, can also take into account the new manager bounce. Sunderland was a kick in the teeth after doing the hard work of being 2-0 up. Seems to be a mental thing that it just a case of turning up or job done.

Mental? Yes but after what Keith has confirmed, all is not right on the shop floor!

It comes as all things do when you have staff who are young, and quite a way away from a life of financial struggle. Their expectations are not ours or those in a real working environment. Ben and Harry’s ( nearly an ice cream brand) expectation are far more than the club can expect to match unless Ben’s demands have become more realistic in the last two days. Players will quickly become annoyed at some of the training patterns (I can assure you) which I can tell you are continually repeated day in day out. They need stimulation, and they also see it isn’t working. From these type of acorns exaggerates everything about them. It’s human nature for those who don’t realise the psychological effect life is having on them. Remember, these are people who generally get what they want, and when they are tested by coaching methods or by a boss who cannot deliver their expectations that old adult learning cycle kicks in massively. Some won’t even be aware they are a reflection of their disposition, because they are ignorant to it. But other people see it, and talk about it. That’s how I know things could be better.
