This cannot be so.

I’ll be 60 by the time we’re rid of him.

Hell fire.

Poll: Would you take Ward-Prowse back?

Two projects coming to fruition around the same time then (and I hold little hope for either)…..

Ready and waiting to mop up those European places......
Poll: Where do we think Dibling will be plying his trade next (2025 / 2026) season??

You should worry Pat. I will be entering my mid-70's. Fortunately I will always have the memories of the 80's under McMenemy to console me.

10 years project. Did the Soviet Union not used to say similar things and look how that ended up?

Even theirs were five year plans. Is this our version of the Chinese “Great Leap Forward”?

A collectivised st Mary’s?

I mean they’ve already built the gulags outside and martin has his reeducation courses.

Plus the red army banners too.

Maybe the truth is finally coming out

Its taken me until today to come back on here after saturday! I think he has to go, but unless its Moyes or Potter then theres no point changing.

Robbie Keane being mentioned in certain circles.

An empty St Mary's on matchdays would be the only way of unseating the preening ponce.

That would be utterly ridiculous.

If it wasn't Ankersen involved in the decision-making process.

Interesting article in today's Telegraph:

"For the first time in the history of the English top-flight, four different teams have failed to win a single match in the opening eight weeks of a season. Wolves, Southampton, Ipswich Town and Crystal Palace are the Premier League’s flailing four, and they are already beginning to fall away from the rest of the division."

This may be favourable in the fact a singular win could boost us substantially up the table.

Butty101, I'm interested in why people are saying things like you did here. A genuine question for you:

Given that Moyes and Potter are both unlikely to be interested in Saints, does that mean that you have accepted relegation this year as a done deal and there is no point trying to avoid it, or do you think there is some way that RM can save us from relegation? It must be one or the other, which is it?

Doesn’t have to be Potter or Moyes. Plenty of out of work alternatives. Who had heard of Poch?

If he can’t muster a win in the next 6 (PL) fixtures then I do believe Wigley will climb the ranks….
