Our current squad would struggle further down the pyramid. The lack of intensity and physicality last night was off the scale. Big mistake to mostly sign overseas players in the summer as we desperately need Championship-hardened players, particularly with our injury problems.

there is no guarantee of coming straight back up, we could linger in league one for years or face another drop!
going down and learning to win etc has some kudos but i'd rather stay up , in the championship win 15 out of 46, draw a few and you stay up. | | | |

They'd beat us comfortably I reckon. Rather be stuck in the middle of a league hopefully more forgiving( not a given I know) - and winning more games than we are now. The club and everyone involved with it on and off the pitch(us included) is so used to losing now, that it needs something drastic to change that attitude. Yes it will be unpalatable...but what we have now is verging on cruelty. | | | |
