My daughter has just started working for the NHS,and has signed a 37.5 hour a week contract,
Her next month rota has her down for only 24 hours ( 2 x 12 hour shifts )for 2 of the weeks,what will she get paid?if it’s only what she works,what’s the point of the contract ?

Worth checking what her maximum hours are as it will probably even out over time. Is she required to be flexible with some 50+ hour weeks? | | | |

You're asking "how much will she be paid?" for the NHS
The simple answer is "not a bloody nuff"
The system is shocking, shot to pieces and failing.
But 99% of the people working in it and committed to it are bloody heroes (with or without COVID) and should be rewarded appropriately
