Looks like wonky sheep.
Wales have qualified for the World Cup and our travel packages are on sale soon
Before you scroll down to see what Wales World Cup trips are available, please read the important booking information below
Booking process
A deposit is required at the time of booking with up to two more payments following
You will need passport details and Red Wall membership numbers for everyone in your booking
In order to secure accommodation in Doha, you are required to have a match ticket to at least one of the World Cup matches — either through the general sale/ballot or the Wales allocation
Once your booking is made, your trip will be classed as provisional subject to you supplying your match ticket confirmation number
When we have your number, we will provide it to the Qatar Accommodation Agency to cross-check and approve — which should be a formality — then your trip will be confirmed
If you are applying for tickets and are unsuccessful in a ballot, we will need to see proof of this in order to issue a refund
Trips
Each trip will contain important details relevant to that particular trip
Initially, 10-day trips will be on sale which will form a flights and accommodation package
Initially you will only be able to book the flights and accommodation together, not separately
We have different standard trips available to suit different budgets and level of service or flight/accommodation
Due to the way things operate over there, it’s possible the options will go on sale at different times
We are also looking at a short trip covering the first game subject to sufficient interest
You will be able to register your interest in a potential day return option for each group game
Accommodation in Doha
The majority of accommodation provided will be apartments within the central area of Doha which we have visited
They will mostly be comprised of two and three bedrooms and are of decent size
Each apartment will have at least one room with twin beds and another room with a double bed but we have requested to be able to mix and match
Trips will be at their cheapest rate with a full apartment (eg 4 people in a 2-bed and 6 people in a 3-bed) and under-occupancy will come at a higher cost
For single travellers, we would recommend joining up with others, or if you do not have anyone we can look into sharing options in order to help keep your costs down
We are still hoping to get some hotel space and if you answer “yes” to potentially upgrading, we will get in touch should some become available
We might not know about hotel availability until later and this will come at a higher cost than the apartments
