Try Canton Rugby Club in Lawrenny Avenue.
You will have to get there early, it fills up very quickly. A lovely guy called Tim Roden, the chairman of the club, organises the parking. Cheap pint as well and the Cardiff City fans there don’t bite. | | | |

Alternatively, park in Radyr Station and get the City line train to Ninian Park station. The issue with this option is getting a train back to Radyr. They get busy. | | | |

When I attend the Wales matches, I park in Bessemer Road which is the road that runs between Sloper Road and Hadfield Road, there’s on street parking and there is parking at the fruit wholesaler, but that’s likely to be subject of a charge.
I’ve previously parked at the 5 a side place up from Canton RFC, it was decent but getting out after the game was a big issue as there was a queue of traffic trying to get out and it took ages. If you park in Bessemer Road, make sure your car faces Hadfield Road. When you leave after the match drive to the junction with Hadfield Road, turn left towards the bay and then right at the traffic lights. Follow the road and you’ll eventually come out near the international pool in the bay and from there you can get on the link road avoiding the queues around the Stadium. [Post edited 2 Apr 2022 0:56]

Park in Canton and walk down, it's not that far. Then on the way out head for Whitchurch and the Coryton roundabout so you miss out the A4232 which can be a nightmare. | | | |
