If he does go, which seems likely (undisclosed obviously) what do we think a reasonable fee would be?

I would say if we get anything like £500k and 20% sell on clause it would be a good (and potentially exceptional) deal. The number of clubs rumoured to be interested in him might go a long way to negating Baah being out of contract in the summer and I would guess premier clubs won’t want to risk waiting for summer in case they lose him, for what is peanuts to them.

Guess we will know soon enough

Yesterday morning I was told Baah to City was a done deal & Shaughnessy in from Leeds was also done. Looks like at least one is a cert but maybe the City rumour has been peddled to stir interest?

Am I right in thinking the compensation, whilst usually on the low side, has a mandatory 20%(?) future sell on included? If so that could be better than any quick buck we make over the next 24 hours.

BBM has been on sky sports news this morning and confirmed that Baah has got ‘his dream move’ and we now are hoping to get him on loan for the rest of the season, and we are speaking to a player from the premier league, a player from the championship and another player from league 1 with the hope of bringing them in today.
