The first 5 episodes are brilliant and bonkers in equal measure.
Episode 5 in particular.

The second half of the series was a let down imo. It was almost like they'd run out of cash, ideas and enthusiasm.

Gareth Evans, also directed apostle. Great film.
I know he's been to the liberty numerous times. As for his allegiances, he has clever ways of dropping in a few references now and again, especially Welsh.
Mates with Stefan Rhodri who is a swans season ticket holder (Dai coaches) Fair play to Gareth he's been at the top of his game since moving back to Wales.

Anyone who follows Welsh films etc should also check out director Andrew Jones, he owns North Bank entertainment (big clue) one of the most respected film makers of recent times, shoots a lot of stuff in Wales.
