Hope there's enough clearance from the drainage system used with the cover not to affect the run off's

Took the pooch around Denehurst park earlier, absolutely waterlogged, no doubt the pitch wouldn’t have been able to take this recent rain

How can someone so fragile be a professional sportsman? Fair play to him for trying to keep coming back but it cant be normal for someone to be injured so much. Needs to pack it in.

Has he ever been 100% fit? The guy is either the unluckiest footballer ever or his body simply isnt capable of standing up to the stresses and strains of professional sport, either way he has been a wasted wage.

Such a shame about McLaughlin but also so frustrating. If it wasn't for his injury record I'm sure he'd be interesting a few Championship clubs but now I wouldn't be surprised to see him out the Football League by the end of the season.

It is what it is. If the lino can't run the line we can forget it. I wouldn't be surprised at that outcome either.

Nowt we can do this season apart from hope for the best each week and wait for improvements as the year progresses into next season (in every respect).
