We've been particularly unlucky with our draw too in that we've been drawn to play in the most easterly venue (literally Asia) and another country struggling with Coronavirus. |

I went and had a look at Roma's stadium when I was in Rome with the missus some years ago mate. Pick up a postcard and the stadium looks great. Outside the ground is an absolute sh*thole. It does have a dodgy reputation.
Having said that, went to Napoli with The Swans, stayed in Rome and travelled down to the game on the day, and encountered nothing more than obstructive old bill, and evil eye, but there was more than enough out there to deal with anything. | |

I'd surprised if it did. It probably hasn't even peaked yet and we're 3 months away. Hundreds of thousands of people flying around Europe and mixing could properly exacerbate this.

I see that UEFA have now been requested by a number of countries to postpone Euro 2020 to 2021 in order to let a number of countries complete their leagues ( which are in danger atm of not completing). Be a bummer (financially and personally) but you can see it happening |  |

I held off with booking flights, as I am a tightass and wanted them at the right price.
I booked a hostel, but only £2 a night, I should have paid it by 12th May.
Match tickets will carry over.
Looks like it will be played in June 2021 now. | |

Not only have I got stuff arranged for Azerbaijan in June, I have also got trips booked to Spain and Iceland in March, Spain and Portugal in April and Peru in May. Total outlay around £5k. I do have travel insurance though and as is normal, it only pays out if the airlines cancel the flights but some things are booked on a cancellable basis.
I'll probably miss out on all of them. Although I was doing them alone, my wife has what would be described as 'underlying health issues' so the risk of me bringing covid-19 back from somewhere is too great and it would very likely finish her off. I'd be making 14 flights going through Bristol, Alicante, Keflavik, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Lima, Cusco, Heathrow and Baku airports. |  | | |

It make sense to draw a line under Euro's 2020 cancel it play it as it stands as per whoever qualified play in Euros 2024 not try and squeeze it in because there are way to many what ifs,not an ideal situation but just a bit of common sense | |
