Concave Make-Up Mirrors 19:15 - Jun 3 with 2239 viewsVetchfielder

We almost had a house fire.

My wife had her magnifying/concave make-up mirror on a little table next to our sofa.

The sun shone through the lounge window on to the mirror's concave side and it concentrated a narrow beam of f*****g hot light on to the sofa, which then started smoking. Lucky we were there to put out the "fire" and move the mirror.

We now keep our , erm sorry, I mean her mirror under cover.

Freak circumstances maybe but worth a warning.
