Really do no this understand the concept of boycotting 09:18 - Jan 9 with 5006 viewsswancity

A match

One we want to win with Notts county to play away in a 4th round tie

Get behind our team, our players, our new manager who has instilled some belief and renewed hope straight after a 5-0 loss at Liverpool and let's find other ways to hammer into the likes of Jenkins.

Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day

If a boycott is to be effective it has to be at a Premier League game where everyone expects a full stadium and it has to be en masse. It’s impractical and won’t take off.

I can't think of one instance in this country where a boycott or walk out has been successful? And much bigger clubs than us have tried it.

Only plastic fans will boycott this game. Real supporters will support the team no matter what. I guess the plastics would rather see us back in Division two in front of 3,000 every week.

Whilst I want to see the team progress I am not going out of choice. My own little protest if you like. I'd rather spend the £15, plus booking fee at my local to watch it, that way I'm putting something into my local community instead of the possibility of it being exchanged to dollars. If things were different with the owners then I'd have quite happily gone.

What is really worrying me is that I am quickly falling out of love with my team, this being a major catalyst. I've loved football ever since I saw the likes of Maradona playing in Mexico '86, collecting the Panini stickers etc... as an 8yr old I thought it was fantastic!

My old man is more rugby, so I was relatively late getting into the Swans as a 13yr old watching the Swans draw at home to Brentford in 1992 and that's when I experienced live football for the first time and that's where it all started for me.

Does that make me a plastic, a fan for 26 years, season ticket holder of 22 years? I suppose does!

Still following Dr's orders!

No ,for me ,plastics are simply glory hunters ,Ie. People from Swansea Plymouth reading etc supporting the likes of Liverpool

If you have the Swans in your soul ,it's there for life ,wherever you live ,whether you go to every game or not or do the " hard miles"
