Fingers crossed we can keep a hold of this guy in the Summer. Invaluable at this point and worth his wages.

Some on here thought he was sh1t... He's saving our season.

""Although I cannot promise or predict the future, I can guarantee one thing - the current board of directors will always fight, as we have done over the last 12 years, to work together as one with the Supporters Trust to make 100% sure that Swansea City football club remains the number one priority in all our thoughts and in every decision we make."

His goals today were a thing of beauty. Clement has clearly been coaching crosses! With the right service Llorente is magnifico.

It's actually fookin weird that some thought this guy was sh1t !!

Like any striker he needs service, feed him the right ball and he will score was superb today, top class centre forward play from a guy that has won everything in football, that's what I like about him the most, he's won everything yet is buying into the swans and what we need

Top professional right there. If he gets a big move in the summer then good for him but IMO he may fancy playing every week at a club where he can make a difference.

Superb today.

Is there a club stat for most goals via header in a season?

Would be interesting to see if he might be able to set a new club record?

.. If he played every week . We saw it with wilf, some players need to play every week and arnt so good as an impact player, of course money will play a part and if Chelsea come in again he will probably go bit at his age he may just fancy enjoying it and playing most weeks .

The reality is that he will probably leave though which is a shame .

The reason Perch gets so defensive when posters start point scoring, is because invariably he's one of the people thats being point scored against. Thats what happens when you talk so much sh*te about so many of our players

*cue some semi-coherent retort*

he should have got a hatrick today as he missed the easiest header in the 2nd half.

Give him the service and he is superb in the air. Seems to have that knack of timing his run be it in front of the centre half or out jumping them from behind.

We will do well to keep him.

I think he might move on but I really hope we can keep him for one season more.

Agreed. I think he's genuinely happier playing every week and scoring.

Megabucks are hard to turn down at the arse end of your career though. Still, if we were paying Goalmiss 80k a week then we should break the bank to keep him here next season.

Those headers are Roy of the Rovers stuff.

I'm glad he s performing

The past is just that

The reason why you post insults my way over perfectly reasonable matters is puzzling but it doesn't do you any credit

Not a week goes by that when we win posters turn on each other

I d repeat

I thought ,when he joined us, for months he was shyte. Slow, lethargic and often appreciate disinterested . Now ,a different player

Ha, you tell him Perch!

Seriously though, Llorente has never been shite. He took time to settle in and much if that time was under Bob. Now he has service and I'd say you won't find better crosses into the box in the PL all season than the first one today or the one by Carroll at Liverpool. World class!

I slagged him off to high heaven the first few months but what a turnaround. He's showing form of a man in his prime.

And he's also the best header of the ball we've had since...........Steve Torpey?
