So we're happy to pay the millions it will cost to imprison people such as the group of Iraqi asylum seekers who chained up a man and stabbed him in broad daylight in the middle of a street in Swansea, yet we apparently cannot afford to pay the few hundred thousand it would have cost to give children like Bradley the treatment that had a chance of saving his life immediately when he needed it.
