As I see it, the sheer volume of human beings on this planet is pretty much the root cause of the majority of the problems this planet now experiences. I really feel a limit should be placed on the number of children a person can have, like what which was put in place in China. Most people are too self-interested to even consider entertaining such a policy.......so self-interested that they don't even care about the living conditions of their off spring i.e. as long as they satisfy their own needs of having loads of children then that is all that matters. Any thoughts?

i say lets breathe new life into the old girl called planet earth and fuc king well pimp her out for all shes worth, starting with extensive fracking and increased meat eating and hundreds more nuclear power plants , extensive mineral mining and harvesting the rain forests to within an inch of their life for palm oil for new brands of confectionary etc etc..

with our backs to the wall , humanity will fight back ....in this way , i am sure, the seed of our benign loins will prove to be fruitful in the bellys of our barren women, like a sapling in spring. and lo , a new village of the damned is born.

Actually Your Highness,there's enough free stuff floating around the solar system/planetary moons to refurbish the old place - including water.We need bases on the moon for starters - Helium3 there as well(current price around $3b a tonne).Cheap space travel quite easy from there,not exactly rocket science is it.
