The home kit just doesn't say QPR home shirt, if I saw someone wearing that across the other side of a football pitch down the park I wouldn't think it's QPR. And it's not hard to mess up - royal blue, thick hoops. Really disappointing as we spend another season on the top stage wearing a kit that doesn't reflect our club. I find when negotiating things it helps to say what you want and threaten to walk away if you don't get it, regardless of what 'nike's policy' is.

Ironic we had the kits bang on this season then jump on the Nike train and they make a total pigs ear of them. Without a name and number on the back the home shirt will look awful. Don't get me started on the STRIPES!
Wish I could be like David Watts

In that launch video it looks like they're trying to show the back of the home kit as little as possible.
I wonder how much strategy has been involved in the timing of this? I'm really not feeling cynical this week, but maybe they thought it was better to get these atrocities out of the way while we're all still in an excellent mood.
Anyway, excellent mood aside, its a bit worrying when the only one that looks any good is the AC Milan one.
I just don't quite get how the club isn't allowed a say in this during the first year. Wasn't that the reason given for these?

Poor effort from Nike but from what I've heard the club didn't have any input on the shirt the first time around. I wonder if the FA did on the first Nike England shirt which was Germany 74 with the three lions stitched on.
I will say this though, I prefer the shade of blue to both 2011/12 & 2012/13 and overall I think it beats them two...which wasn't hard.
The away one is odd though, The QPR badge just does not go with it.
"Red and Black you say?" Goes to the back of the warehouse and tucked away in some dusty old boxes ontop of a 10ft shelf, pulls out the only Red & Black kit they have. "A pub in Ilford changed their mind on this, you can have it half price?"
As for the white one, how often will that get an airing, I mean what clubs clash with blue & White onion sellers in whiie shorts and socks but not all plain white?

Its the lack of imagination that is the worst. Nobody has even thought about. They just through it out there and expect people to go spend 45 quid on it.
