Just a thought if MC were to be at the Forum what would he actually divulge that is any different to what he says pre and post match? Let's face it why should he explain why he employed the tactics he did against Mlllalll or in any of the other games? He's paid to do a job to his best abilities and the way we play is up to him. We all think we could manage the team and a game in a better way than the manager when we don't win but let's be honest at the very least 99% of us don't possess a UEFA Pro license so why should he explain himself to us? He's not going to tell us which players he would like us to sign (especially as it won't be down to him) and he's not going to give up what team or tactics he's going to use against Hull so what is he actually going to talk about?
I saw him and Maze at the Hammersmith Odeon in the 80's. It was and still is the best live performance I've ever seen and by far the best concert I've ever been to. RIP Frankie
I find a lot of the posts about Celar a bit condescending really, saying you think or hope 'there's a player in there'. I would imagine having 13 caps for his national side and playing in the Euro 24 finals answers that!
No terryb I had moved on as I was in my late 30's by then but a lot of my good mates played in that game. I did play games against Felixstowe and Hadleigh during my days at Wanderers during the early and mid 80's
Wow! I can't believe where Needham Market are now. When I played for Sudbury Wanderers Needham were in the Ipswich League and the only time we played them was in friendlies or the Suffolk Cup
Maybe the 12.30 kick off issue should be broached with Government via a petition especially if they appoint a football regulator for which the bill has been reintroduced by Labour.
Very interesting read but I find it hard to believe that there are no South American based players on the list. Were unattached players included in the analysis as they would surely be the first ones to look at.
Soul music is still alive and kicking round the country. I attend loads of soul nights and weekenders through the year. Next weekend 2nd to 4th August is the Margate Soul Festival which has loads of venues around Margate for the 3 days. All genres including Northern, modern, old school house, soulful house, disco and the 80's soul boy stuff. https://margatesoulfestival.co.uk/
