I think you've got your medicine mixed up and that's a laxative - I don't think that or anything would help vomiting in an exorcist fashion (sorry for that graphic description to anyone with a delicate disposition)
I've not thought of that although, oddly, I find anything that I want to watch or find interesting will send me to sleep so possibly watching QPR would work. I was awake at 3 in the morning today and there was a programme on the Golden Gate Bridge and how it came to pass - it was interesting but I was aleep within about 20 minutes of starting to watch when I thought I'd never get back to sleep.
Also had my wisdom teeth out quite a few years back as they were impacted or something but that was under anaesthetic. The hospital dentist said it had all gone really well and no problems - 10 minutes later when I was given the all clear to leave I already had a jaw like Buzz Lightyear so god knows what I'd have looked like if it had gone badly.
oh it was - nothing I would wish on anyone - and I tried to stay the distance for the game but it wasn't happening. Taking it easy today now after I had to go into work.
Bit of a disaster all round from a personal perspective as it was a 4 1/2 hour journey there and I'd not been feeling great. The first 20 minutes of play we were looking pretty bad and a goal down and then I was violently ill and had to leave (not due to the performance but due to food poisoning). We could hear a loud celebration which I think was the second goal and then another one which was a bit quieter that we thought might have been one back for us but I think it was probably their 3rd. 4 1/2 hour journey back. Fog just about all the way - I wasn't driving - thankfully. Scariest fog I've been in was in Barnsley - couldn't see my own feet or if I was even on the pavement.
Happy Christmas everyone from here in definitely not sunny Cornwall - my only grandchild's first birthday as well so a double celebration. Off to Swansea tomorrow to watch the game so fingers crossed for another win please santa.
If you are talking a sporting context then, as you can see from recent (or past) events, where testosterone is an extra factor, there is no comparison men will win every time and in all physical contests I would say . From a mental strength perspective that's not so clear cut - I've known what I've thought are weak men and strong women and vice versa - I suppose you only find out for definite what strength you or others really have in that sense when adversity strikes or when you have to stand up and be counted.
I'm just trying to buy a couple of tickets and the QPR site doesn't like my mobile number and keeps saying it's a landline - it's not. Tried a few things but nothing I do seems to work. Any ideas as I can't get any further.
ah could be 79 then - I didn't know it was banned but presume it was for the rest of the lyrics being a bit suggestive and you know how the BBC like to tell us what's acceptable - even then.
