Pleased to hear that. I wanted to back Tim but I'm worried it's a losing battle for TRUTH. Hope I'm wrong there. |

I understand everything you post. It makes me understand how passive and easily manipulated you are. I pity you, genuinely. |

It's ok, I knew what I meant. I imagine most other people reading did too. I'm not going to let it get to me too much. |

This is exhausting... You're taking individual sentences out of my posts and arguing with them, completely out of context. Not worth my time. |

I don't agree that I am! Of course Riga's part in the whole story is relevant to the meeting and the discussions about this particular episode. My point was that, Riga's behaviour apart, the Oystons have still acted extremely poorly and are still clearly under-investing in the club where it matters. Do I need to put a linky to the league table? Cos I'll do it... |

"If every question is loaded ' why do you think Karl is such a **** ( make your own mind up)....then it's an irrelevant excersise. If he sheds light on the issues both sides then fair do's....but I'm inclined to think that is not the intention here and he will use the situation just to play the part of the victim, without taking any reasonable responsibily for his share in the charade." I imagine that BST will do all they can not to allow it to descend into a one-sided KO-slanging fest. I think if they keep it balanced and let the facts speak for themselves, then they're onto a winner as the Oystons' actions throughout have been indefensible, whatever Riga's part in it all. This meeting has the potential to be a smoke-and-mirror-free insight into some aspects of the club. Which is more than we've had before in the Oyston "era". |

I didn't mean dismiss him as in Karl Oyston dismissing him from his post as BFC manager, I meant dismiss his him as in dismiss his means of reply (i.e this meeting). "Tittle-tattle", as I think one particularly bigoted and ignorant poster put it. [Post edited 7 Nov 2014 12:44]

"But is Karl afforded this same balanced approach. Nope.....not a chance." Karl is often not afforded a balanced approach by some people, no. There are reasons for that, which I'm sure you're fully aware of! Personally, my approach to this whole situation is quite balanced. I have weighed up the arguments in favour of and in defence of the Oyston family, and have come to the conclusion that I utterly, bitterly despise them. My point is, I don't think the fact that lots of people despise Karl Oyston is a reason to essentially dismiss José Riga as though he was some sort of con-artist. Let's hear what comes out of the meeting. |

AK's post was saying 'let's hear what Riga says before we make our minds up'. Your reply to him accused him of making his mind up before hearing what Riga has to say. Deliberately or otherwise, you've read a decent, balanced post from AK and accused him of doing the exact opposite of what he actually did. I think that's pretty odd behaviour. |

Well you've clearly made your mind up. Could it be that Mr Riga is quite popular (rightly or wrongly) and you're just trying to "take the opposing view"? In an attempt to gain "notoriety" on an internet message board? Utterly incomprehensible behaviour, either way. |

AK's post is the most balanced on this whole thread - how can you accuse him of operating under any assumptions? That's exactly what he's telling others not to do. How have you managed to twist that in your mind to the point that your interpretation is the exact opposite of what he's saying?! Bizarre behaviour. |

WindyMiller - I share your reluctance to get overly-excited at this news, but could the reason it has taken this long been that VB was waiting for the stuff with the Kyrgyz government to reach a conclusion? |

Parish is a goalkeeper that has hardly ever played a senior game. Without being harsh on the lad, that's what he looked like to me. Not that confident, especially from crosses. Given game time I'm sure he'll be a good second choice keeper, but to suggest he deserves to stay in as first choice ahead of the consistently brilliant (up to now) Joe Lewis is a bit OTT in my opinion. Good job no one is suggesting that |

Communication! Ha! You really are so utterly gullible. It's embarrassing beyond words. Just admit you're wrong. A lot of us were at one time. It's fine. |
