You can only select what you have and it's not good enough. Three games in six days will impact team selection this week, I just hope we don't run out of steam by Saturday, the squad is far to weak for for this number of games so close together. |

You are an excellent poster but you are looking too deeply at the tactics. The problem with Ronald is his final ball. At times yesterday we had 4 players in and around the box and failed to cross the ball. |

Yesterday their subs were of a much better quality than ours. Their number 30 and 7 were causing us problems throughout the game, they introduced players just as impressive. Apart from Key who could have started, the players who came on for us were nowhere near as good as those they replaced. |

It's often the case that in an employees contract of employment there is a clause about bringing the company into disrepute, often a sackable offence. Examples are. Bringing a company into disrepute is when an employee's conduct outside of work negatively impacts the company's reputation. This can include: Sexual misconduct Offensive social media posts Derogatory messages on social media Physical violence Theft Gross negligence Serious insubordination Open and shut case. |

If you think Williams is playing safe with the substitutions, who would you take off the bench and add, personally I think he probably has the best bench available, it's just not good enough, possibly I would put Wilson if fit instead of Pearl-Harris. As for your comments about Ronald yes he has pace but has been gash this season. |

Its too much of a coincidence that we have struggled when substitutes are made in the second half and we lose momentum. The opposition seem to have stronger squads and the changes don't affect them so much. Bringing on Peart-Harris is an example, no way is he a forward. Blame Williams or blame Grimes if you want but the facts are simple. |

Our squad is not strong enough to play football the way it is now played. Football is no longer 11 v 11 its 16 v 16 and we don't have enough quality to play it. Opposition managers continually make substitutions earlier than us because they know it will not drastically weaken their side, Williams has to hold back because whoever he puts on is not really close to being as good as what is on the pitch, that is why we make later substitutions. Williams is often criticised for his substitutions, I have done it myself, but he really doesn't really have enough strength on the bench. It all comes down to the number of players leaving in the summer and not enough quality replacements coming in. Season on season we seem to have some decent players coming in but not in the numbers to replace those leaving. Surely a couple of the forwards we loaned out would have made our bench stronger. |

£5K a week is what Cullen asked the club to discuss and they refused. At the time Res said it was too much, now he is saying it's what he should be paid. More reversing. |

Have you ever heard of doctors wined and dined by medical reps, just as an example, there are many many more. |

Never going to happen. Wasn't there a rule change, something to do with you first team must play in the league corresponding to the cup competition to qualify for European competition. The reason why our European adventures ceased, until Mr Laudrup came along. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong. |

Why so long to elect a leader. Postal vote for all party members. Job done in three weeks. |

But would she have done it if the rule was in place that there had to be a by election if you resign from a party. |

I feel that I must point out that my experience is very different. During my working life I attended and hosted many hundreds of social events with guests comprising of local politicians through to cabinet ministers plus local public sector workers with influence to make decisions and procure goods, none made any attempt to pay. It was accepted as the norm. This is why my opinion of politicians is so entrenched, so many have dark secrets that the public would gasp at. I totally believe you and your and your post because there are some areas people working in the public sector avoid, but it is still rampant. I would never divulge any details for obvious reasons. I agree with you it should stop but politicians get addicted and see it as a game of who can get more than another. The problem is its like smoking, they often start early and can't give it up. |

What are your ambitions for SCFC. How do you intend to achieve this. |

Personally I think if you are elected on a party ticket and feel strongly enough to leave the party there should be a by election. Yes by all means stand again as an independent or for another party, but surely you shouldn't be able to just switch. |
