We will wait until all the best Managers/ Coaches have been snapped up by more ambitious clubs.
Then SR will have an excuse for not getting a decent one & we'll end up with another cheap option from a lower lge.

Trouble is Grumps, we don't have enough decent players to keep us up.
And our owners track record of January signings does not fill me with confidence.
I really do hope that something changes very soon because we are rapidly becoming the Premier Lgs whipping boys.

I disagree, we are weaker now.
The only area we are better is in goal.
Perraud was better than Manning.
Taylor Harwood Bellis is OK but no better than what we had 22/23 season.
Prowsy & Lavia were far better than any combination we have now.
Alcaraz was about the same as Fernández.
Then we had Stuey Armstrong & Che.
Adams both better than what we have now.
Most of the others are the same players that took us down.
I agree that this Manager is not getting the best out of some of the new players but most of them wouldn't get into any other Premier side.

Individually we have a worse bunch of players now than when we got relegated 2 years ago.
The board have stated that they still support the Manager, how can they say that considering where we are in the lge & the insipid performances we are delivering.
If they genuinely believe in this Manager then we are in real trouble, if they stick with him we will end up in Division one.

If that is the case just get shot of him & let Adam Lallana Manage / Coach.
He wasn't brought here just as a player, at least he understands what is required in this lge, RM obviously doesn't.
BUT I don't envy anybody having to try & get results with the squad we've got.

I've never been one of Fraser fans.
As I said in a previous post, we'd have been better off keeping Edozie.
Also we should have kept David Brooks rather than signing Fraser.

RM post match comments will be that he's delighted & very proud of his players.
How has this guy kept his job so long, if he's not gone before our next league match then he's never going to go..
There is a limit to what us supporters should have to tolerate.
I know some will say he got us up so deserves a chance, he's now had enough time & opportunities to prove that he can cut it in Premier Lge & he can't.
I'll go as far as saying he's the worst Manager we've had in Premier lge & we've had a few bad ones.

He ouzed class as a player & I'm sure he'd do the same as a manager.

RM has recently stated that we do not have enough quality from our wide men to provide a decent service to Archer.
He's having to utilise Manning in that role.
Another example of very poor selection of players brought in.
We signed both Cornet & Diaz who neither are genuinely wide players.
We also got Fraser who is just no longer good enough or fit enough for Premier football.
We'd have been better off keeping Edozie & giving Sam Amo game time.
Both are genuine wide men with the ability to take defenders on & get behind them.
Alright both are young & a bit erratic but I think both are better options than we are struggling with at present.

Can't agree with your comments regarding Adam Armstrong never letting us down.
I think he regularly let's us down by making wrong decisions & missing more than he scores.

our "LUCK".
But we've had our share of bad luck this season so we'll take that.
