To the 450 at Preston today..... on 16:00 - Dec 17 with 4412 views | stevec | Fantastic effort. It’s cold and it’s Preston. Hard enough psyching yourself up to go to a home game against this lot.

To the 450 at Preston today..... on 21:31 - Dec 17 with 3805 views | ManinBlack | Yes very impressed with them all to make that journey to watch a certain defeat become an unexpected victory. I couldn't even face watching it at home on a stream I was so convinced we would be stuffed.
To the 450 at Preston today..... on 07:52 - Dec 18 with 3548 views | AshteadR | It can be a bit of a slog following the team away, but every now and then you get one of these games to reward you and remind you why you do it. Well done to you all.
To the 450 at Preston today..... on 09:20 - Dec 18 with 3392 views | davman | I'd never have gone in a million years if my lad didn't pressurise me into it as he'd decided that he'd rather go there than see Luton and the trouble they bring and Sheff U at HQ over Xmas. I am sure that when we get another positive result in the Valleys, we'll end up at one of those games at least, but we went as an instead. Made a (long) day of it - breakfast on the way up., tenpin bowling on arrival, a walk through the icy Park slipping and sliding like Bambi, viewing the Tom Finney statue (which is a good one), taking the seats in a cold place (did I mention it was cold?), abusing the hopeless lino and ref, taking some Celebrations offered by a kind gent in the away end, staying awake in the last 10 mins of the first half through the silence around the ground, listening to the story of an old Preston player telling us how he made his debut for PNE whilst working up the road at BAE SYSTEMS, going nuts when the ball hit Jimmy, hit the crossbar and then fell in, enjoying seeing Preston experience some quality shithousery instead of dishing it out, celebrating with the boys, back through the Iceland, getting out of Preston, going for a curry on the way home, then getting back just before 11pm. Worth every minute and every penny (I think...). [Post edited 18 Dec 2022 10:33]

Not enough to justify a scoreboard you can actually see at Deepdale though. Seriously, one of those hook and card things you get at club level cricket would do. Just so we can check the score (edit: it's still 0-1). And as for that £2 Poundland clock (running 4 minutes late), sponsored by the local Rolex dealer...?!
