Fat Sam at WBA - I wonder... 22:31 - Dec 16 with 2627 viewsNotLoyal

If Ayew on the cheap will appeal to him?

OK I've changed it.

Look how many clubs Hippo Head has saved from relegation, and when he leaves with his massive bonus or is sacked, how many of these clubs are left in financial difficulty, with the many players he's signed on inflated lengthy contracts!!

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

And some of the ones that were already there signed on with his agent.

How's Big Sam going to work without being able to jet off to Dubai for most of every week? Uncharted territory.

The sale of brown envelopes has increased massively in West Bromwich since his arrival at WBA. 😇

Looks like it’s Woy’s turn to get a nice compensation pay off after a solid seven nil home defeat. More money in the Marbella pot and he can go off and enjoy some warhammer.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Quite.

His last “rescue act” was at Palace. He took over when they were 17th, just out of the relegation places and he spent 30M in the January and took them to the heady heights of 16th.

That’s one of the reasons (along with his dubious morality) that he’s struggled to get a similar gig until now.

I wonder how much West Brom have to spend in January?

Some would say he turned Everton around before they sacked him.

OK I've changed it.

Connor Gallagher is a very decent player.

Another good player who had loads of pelters when he was here.

An excellent point to be fair.
The football may not be of the highest order but Big Sam has proved his credentials time and time again.
It was fun listening to the 'experts' writing WBA off before and during the first half. Only to be proved idiots in the end.
The Premier League is 80% about who has the richest owner.
Sometimes, just sometimes, the little guys can upset the apple cart as we did for most of our 7 seasons in the top flight.

the totally biased Jamie Goberragher shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a mic, let alone doing Liverpool games

The stats do say, Fat Sam is the greatest England manager of all time, so it shouldn't be a surprise

That’s incorrect

They’d slid from a comfortable mid table placing to 17th with only one win in 11 league games and looked a basket case with Pardew having lost the plot

He steadied the ship with some decent signings and they eventually finished in 14th so job well done in fact

He’s always done well with the exception of Newcastle. His Bolton team were very good to be fair.

I don’t fancy his chances at WBA though

Only an idiot would eat a turkey curry on Christmas day
