Ok so far, but I'm not convinced with our formation. Philips has no presence up front. it looks like we've set up for the ball over the top and to use his pace. But we're pushing up the field and they're dropping deep so we've ended up with a lightweight target man, and we're wasting our possession as a result.

Looks like we're in 4-1-4-1 I like the formation & use it in club occasionally, we don't seem to be in much of a hurry to get players up the pitch.
Phillips is already killing it though by being on the side ! Henry gives no speed on right wing.
Konchestys distribution is awful
Speed mismatch in our defence v their forwards, hopefully we don't try playing a high defence.

I thought the first eighteen or nineteen was promising in terms of attacking intent but the worries about our structure now look well-founded. I would rather Sandro and Henry as anchor men, put Philips to the wing and have Fer as a deep striker. We would be more solid, would have Faurlin's passing in the middle and Fer might bring the wingers into it.
