Interesting article about Gyorkeres in the MoS It talks of how the ball seemed to bounce off hin duebto his inability to be able to control it ir yhat hisnpaases always went to an oppenent,it even quotes an unamed team mate. So it seems there were questuins over his skills.....worth a read it is interesting.... Its nit the first time a gem has been missed ...we opted against a younger Jamie Vardy....we gave away Dean Suanders |

Our corners were a little more inventive on Saturday.....and yes I agree Grimes could do more about getting the ball forwards...sometimes his lack of a right foot prevents that as he has to turn to postion himslef to use his left..so maybe its time Luke rested him and tried Franco there with eothet Peart Harris or Abdullai ahead of him. |

i hear all if this stuff about Williams and his similarities to Martin in stubbornness to keeping to playong his way...yet at Notts County he set up 3-4-2-1...differently to his approach here...though he does look to push the full backs up. Maybe folks would prefer we went more direct? We have list to injury a player in Eom who could make a difference...Vip is only just settling in Im sure withba few more games his scoring will come and confidence too. I would be more worried if we were not creating chances. |

Do you really think Williams has comwin here and seen folks callingnfor the likes of Williams to benpucked but decides not too in case we fans prove him wrong? Have people thought that there might be beudgetery constraints...would "promoting" these players carry a financial addition in terms of their contracts which may put our "planned" pay budget at risk.....remember back on Potters days he was unable to select Routeledge until Routledge himself renegotiated his contract. In fairness to Vip he has been getting up to speed what wouldnit do tonhis confidence being dropped for a ypungster befire he had chance to show what he can do. Its funny since Potter it seems our fanbase or portionsnof it have not been happy with those who followed. Folks werent happy with Cooper despite he came the closest to returning us to the PL...Martin well and then Duff anfmd now Williams...... |

Parker did ok when he was played last season but seems to be struggling to recover from injury and has recently been hit by illness Wilson could be an option on the bench....maybe we continue with Cullen and Vip that could work. I said somewhere given Eoms absence maybe we could swithc to 3-4-2-1... my suggestion is a back three of Cabango Naughton and Darling Franco playing deep with Tymon on the left Grimes in the middle and Ronald on the right. with Cooper and Chllen ahead with Vip up top. Thant leaves Key Bianchini Abdulai Perat harris asnoptions off the bench also alliwing switch back too 4 3 3 |

Im as frustrated as you OHL but see it differently. Had we not created chances yesterday i would agree but despite your ravings Williams set up and tactics gotnus 19 chances but we havent the wherewith all to convert these to goals You yourself question as to why Cullen is on the pitch...but what else have we? The Championship is onenofnfine margins ...we deserced at least a draw....we lost because instead of playing slow moving of the ball via short passes from Vig to Daeling or Cabango our keeper decidednon a quick long ball which got intercepted. |
