Funny, given everyone here was ranting on getting Clement out after his first run of games he stunk up the place. Then came the transfer window. Then came the wins, albeit slowly. It took new personnel to bring the team to where it is now, not the management. Too easy to scapegoat. |

If you think it's all Bob's doing, then you must be pretty thick. His window of games was so small, and he made no club decisions regarding roster. Clement's only wins came from players added from the transfer window. Other than that, same results as Bob. Same results as Guido. The sole responsibility for this mess is those whole chose to sell the roster before the season for short-term, small gains and cash-out. But yea, easier to have a scapegoat. |

Look at that. Clement is getting the same results. As did Guido. Something tells me after 3 'ok' managers it is the personnel that just can't get it done. Each manager had setup positive play for about 20-30 minutes a game, and then 1 stupid lapse by the defenders and they mentally collapse. Most of the roster is mid-tier championship-level and it shows. |

Are you kidding me!? You really don't understand how much sh*t us Black men get on a daily basis. You really don't know, you ignorant tw*t. This is not some politically correct over sensationalism. Golliwogs, and other things like it, put us in a categorize us in a humiliating fashion, as lesser than white people. Comparing your dog to me? Sure buddy, that's not racist. I played professional basketball in Greece and heard yells of 'Nig**r' almost every game. I honestly pity you for being so ignorant. And the worst thing is, you probably have children that are raised in the same way. Can't wait to have them call me and others names as well. Tw*t. |

As someone who spent a lot of time in Boston, it is clear you have no idea what you are talking about. Bob was made an enemy when coming in (due to the Guido fire) and now is being treated the same way going out, and everyone is eating it up. Kick him on the way out, and blame him for all the club's woes. Read too much into the press selective quotes and setup questions. Eat up that yellow journalism. All this talk about 'class' and I don't see anyone showing it. The guy is out, and time to move on. |

replace a guy who was fired for defensive liabilities with a guy who was fired for defensive liabilities. brilliant. (Pardew is Championship level at best) |

"Bob Bradley has been given the green light to bolster his Swansea City squad in January with the club's owners making it clear" If true, that's a good sign. |

Football (soccer) is far down in overall American interest. However, the fact that a major network is showing Swansea games on Saturday morning (EST) is a big deal. This isn't a far down-the-line Sky channel, but is NBC. Right now, Football interest is growing consistently while some sports like Baseball are declining in viewership. Teams with U.S. ties are getting the front-row seat. Right now the Swans are part of that, as is Dortmund (with the player Pulisic), and Liverpool (owned by Red Sox owners). American sports interest heirarchy, more-or-less: NFL College Football Baseball (declining) NBA Nascar Hockey College Basketball *Football (soccer)* Golf Boxing Tennis |
| Forum Reply | Sell Siggy - We are 3 points worse off than we were last season at this stage at 17:38 19 Dec 2016
Completely agree. It is painfully obvious the locker room needs multiple players with leadership mentalities. I can't remember the last time I saw a backline with such a soft psyche. Give up the first goal? might as well write in 3. Normally players that fragile don't get this high in competition in *any* sport. L1 and Championship should weed these type of players out. Montero is too easy to exploit, and Ki is soft/mentally checked out. Why even bother keeping them. Siggy is currently trying to do too much for his skillset, which probably relates to him looking bad across the board. We've had tons of set pieces lately and unable to capitalize on any of them, with a bunch being bad balls from Siggy. However...I don't think he's going anywhere. I think they will try and bring in players that play to his strengths, and he'll start to look good again. January is always a tough window, though. |

Guess I should burn some Welsh flags. I mean...Jenkins is the reason why the squad's so bad. Or is that different because he's scum...but he's 'our scum'? /what a stupid comment...burning flags. |
| Forum Reply | Montero... at 13:52 15 Dec 2016
Bench maybe....but only due to lack of roster depth. He has looked completely lost at times. Very easily dispossessed, and not good at drawing fouls. Is only able to cross from 1 angle which makes him easy to defend....and that cross won't have much on it. Offers nothing defensively. He would be mediocre in Championship; not good enough for PL. Don't think Bob will start him again based on yesterday. |

if wanting to spend a little for reliability, i've had good success with ntv.mx most free kodi streams don't last a whole match, or are choppy throughout. it pushed me to do a paid sub and never had an issue for sports. |

So...losing by 1 or 2 goals consistently will not get us relegated? In the end...it doesn't matter if the losses are close. A loss is a loss. Might as well look forward, not backwards |

only source is The Sun. No one else even sniffing it. guaranteed b.s. pulled $10 mil out of their arse. just a prior interest from early in the season. |

please, oh enlightened one, let us bask in the glory of your football knowledge. what type of non-hindsight tactics would you use with this roster? //by the way...Bob's quote: "there were some who had me out the door from the first day because of my accent." Go back and read any Jack forum/news site, and he isn't wrong. This was also during the time he was being criticized for his fashion choices. You know...prime football criticisms. |
| Forum Reply | For the first time ever. at 02:29 9 Dec 2016
yea...Guido did a *much* better job. I mean, his losses were so much closer! Bob's 2 biggest losses: man u and spurs: combined $1 billion in squad cost. Sack Bob in, bring in someone in Swans price range, and you will get the same results, if not worse, for this season, as they will take time to get used to the squad. Players will lose confidence and jump ship immediately on another firing. Point is...Watford and Everton should have been 6 points. Players were placed in positions to win by Bob, and failed to do so either from individual errors or lack of quality in the box. The subs were logical. Funny thing is...most people at Sunderland forum's are picking Swans to win. Curious how the formation goes. In the match's in which the forum was happy with the setup, it would turn into a horrible game. When people here were outraged with the setup, they played well. Just a thought. |
