I love your previews / reports / writing Clive. It’s passionate and truthful.
Queens Park Rangers, a club who have been bang average since the day tge were formed and probably always will be.
We hope we will rise above it, dread we will sink below it. It’s why every win means we’re going to win the league, every defeat means we the club is crumbling. Every small detail is magnified.
We care. Way way more than we should. No one else gives a flying one about QPR.
Even the worst teams in a league will win games. Probably against us. We will win games we are guaranteed to lose. We will lose games we are guaranteed to lose.
I’ve lust my thread of thought. Basically we’re QPR. How you write about this into coherent, beautifully written pieces so often is beyond me. But thank you Cliff.

What I’d like to know Clive, is how you are able to write this intelligent, witty, rounded, informative stiff day in day out. Go here there and everywhere and keep it all together.
While still getting fuc*ed off your face down the pub every weekend.
