It was a cardiac arrest. Last I heard the medical team that covers the game had been treating the fan, CPR and shocked with a defibrillator, and was conscious and breathing before being transferred to hospital. |

When I read this news I went numb with shock and disbelief, so went and made myself a brew. I came back and checked it wasn't all just a figment of my imagination! Fantastic news and a massive thank you and congratulations to all involved: The Board The trust RAFCBLUE and each and every one of you who have helped to stop this, from digging up the dirt, getting the info into the possession of the relevant people and spreading the news far and wide via social media (I have relatives in Oklahoma, Florida and Washington DC who have all heard about it). |

I am a small shareholder (50 shares) and noticed my name on the list on the Trust email. I have emailed the trust with my details (I'm also a Trust member) and I'm more than happy to either vote with the Trust or give them my proxy vote on any voting matters. |

I wonder if this is a new debt post the CVA, or are HMRC going after the original debt and the CVA is now null and void? Either way I can see HMRC going for the jugular as the way Dale shafted them on the CVA, using his future son-in-law to buy the Mederco debt to vote the CVA through. |

"I've never took a penny out of it", but then he's only put £1 in to it and is trying to position himself to gain £3.6m if/when they go bust and the ground is sold and now trying to play the victim so when he gets his payout he can claim it's not his fault |

There were quite a few points in the interview that made me laugh. He was definitely playing the "it's not our fault card" and said the club shouldn't be punished for past misdemeanors. He claimed that they had paid/sorted ALL their debts (admitted to being "about" £12-£13million), as they are covered by the CVA. That's not paying them, that's paying a fraction of what you owe and shafting everyone you owe money to. Maybe if clubs go into a CVA then the EFL should only pay the club the same % that the club are paying on the CVA, that would discourage and penalise these clubs using it as a way to run up massive debt. Then went on to claim that of the £3.8million loan/mortgage bURY only received £140,000 but that's what happens when you take out payday loans at 100%+ per month interest. Did chuckle at his quick backtracking when claiming the ELF OWES THEM money but then retracted it to they are due money. |

As far as I'm aware, if that debt was not part of the original CVA then the owner of the debt can either: 1) try and force a revision of the CVA to include such debt 2) enforce the debt in full and can start a Winding up Petition Can't see how or why SD2 would get a CVA and not include ALL unsecured debt unless he thinks the Mederco debt is unenforceable or there's some back handed deal going on |

He showed absolutely no remorse whilst I was with him, all he was worried about was smashing up HIS Audi and letting his mates n family know which hospital he was going to. The hard part of my job is dealing with scum like this, having to try and show care, compassion and treat someone who has just killed someone but couldn't give a f*** about anyone else, all the while lying to the police that it wasn't his fault and he wasn't driving. |

I was working/involved in this incident ( I actually dealt with the scum bag) . He did try claiming it was nothing to do with him but in my witness statement I told GMP that I had over heard him on his phone saying "I'm really sorry mate, I've just f***ed up in the Audi". After police checked his phone records it proved that 2 calls were made and forensics could also tie him to the vehicle. In 18 years of dealing with this type of incident I've never seen a car so comprehensively smashed. |

was working with a bURY fan today who said that "I fully expect us to go down this season but at least with the CVA we'll have cleared ALL OUR DEBTS" tried arguing that only paying 25p in the pound isn't clearing them but is shafting everyone who is owed money, the reply was "but once we've paid the CVA we'll be debt free and can start again. At least we got promoted so can start back it league 2 rather than the conference" They never learn, just seem to think screwing people and companies over is a valid business plan and how to run a club |
